Chimpanzee tracking Safari in Uganda

Tracking of the chimpanzees is one of the most exciting tourist activities in the country and it is mainly carried in Kibale forest national park. The habituated chimpanzees are found in kibale forest national park, Budongo forest, and in Queen Elizabeth national park in kyambura gorge. A community of orphaned chimpanzees that were confiscated from poachers can be visited on the Ngamba Island which lies on Lake Victoria 45 minutes by motorboat ride from Entebbe. Kibale forest national park is not only popular for chimpanzee tracking activities but you can also view other primates like monkeys and birds. Chimpanzees give a tremendous fun as they squabble and play in the fruiting trees within the park. Chimpanzees are not found everywhere in the world and only a few travel countries like Uganda are blessed to have them, the chimpanzees are spotted in their natural habitat and the trekking can take place between 3 to 5 hours and for someone to carry out chimpanzee tracking, he or she must have a permit and it is advisable for some to book In advance so that the permit is made available on time for your chimpanzee tracking in Uganda
